What parameters do you test for in water analysis?



We test in physical, wet/chemical, metals analysis, microbiological parameters & legionella analysis.

What types of water can be tested at Labax?



We test various types of water,including potable (drinking) water, surface water (rivers, lakes), groundwater, wastewater, and industrial process water.

What accreditation does Labax hold?



Labax holds the EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Centre) accreditation, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 2017. General requirement for competency of testing & calibration laboratories. In addition to this, LABAX is IMS Certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

How long does it take to get test results?



The turnaround time can vary on the nature of the analysis of the sample.
Physical Parameters: Within 1 - 2 working days.
Wet/Chemical Analysis: Within 1 - 3 working days.
Metals Analysis: Within 3 - 5 working days.
Microbiology Analysis: Within 2 - 5 working days.
Legionella Analysis: Within 10 - 11 working days.

How do you ensure the accuracy & reliability of your test results?



Each year, we engage in proficiency testing through an ISO 17043 accredited provider. Additionally, we conduct quality control for every analysis batch through an ISO 17034 accredited provider to uphold the integrity of your results.

What sampling procedures do you recommend for water testing?



As per international standards. APHA. ISO and other regional regulatory guidelines.

Do you offer expedited testing services for urgent sampling?



Yes, we can provide fastrack service from sample collection to the end of the reports for some cases. It depends on the analysis. Please note that extra charges may apply to the fastrack service.

Can you customize testing packages to suit a specific need?



Yes. To ensure we meet your requirements accurately, once we have received the necessary details, our team will work diligently to create a customized solution that aligns with your testing objectives
